January Meeting Notes

The January Board meeting will be held on January 20 at 5:30 PM via Zoom. All are welcome to attend remotely. For the meeting log-in, please send your email to

In keeping with Governor Hochul’s recent emergency adjustments to the Open Meetings Law in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, the meeting shall be held remotely via ZOOM. As required by the Governor’s Order, the public will have the ability to hear and view the meeting via ZOOM. The meeting will be recorded and transcribed, both of which will be available upon request.

The Annual Association Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 17 at 5:30 PM.

Association members, people over the age of 18 with an Aurora Free Library library card, can vote on amendments to the ByLaws and new Board members.
